Torre Access helps you find a better remote job with the support of an elite team of expert coaches, recruiters, and advisors assembled to provide you with hands-on support as you find work.

The program has a variable cost that adapts to your level of seniority and your expected compensation. For most candidates, the program is only payable after you have found a job, and for other candidates, there is a small up-front fee + a variable fee based on the salary you achieve.

🤝 Executive coaching: Weekly sessions with a certified coach that will work with you on a career growth plan and help you trace a path to your dream job. Through the work with your coach, you’ll identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and work on them as you progress with your job search.

⚙️ Technical Coaching: Weekly sessions with an expert in your field that will work with you to identify your level of competency, prepare you for technical interviews and tests, and help you understand how to best sell your skills.

💼 Professional Recruiting preparation: One-on-one sessions with recruiters that work for Remote companies to analyze your job search, prepare you for interviews, optimize your résumé as well as your online profiles, and increase your success rates engaging with recruiters.

🎯 Enhanced job search: Supported by the Torre Platform, we find and suggest jobs for you, get you into interviews, and provide personalized feedback from the company, including the recruiters in charge.

😃 Curated networking and mentoring: Get one-on-one introductions to mentors and industry leaders that can support your search. Connect with other program participants to learn more about their job search, and increase the reach of your network.
